The European water sector is moving towards a more sustainable future thanks to national policy incentives, new financing mechanisms and advances in digital technology. Marked by strong regional differences, Bluefield Research forecasts a total of $476 billion in capital spending on water and wastewater infrastructure from 2024 to 2030. The market is expected to grow 2% annually, passing from $60 billion to around $75 billion in 2030:
