Regulation
Responding to a preliminary question from the Council of State, the Court of Justice of the European Union considers that a program or project likely to cause a deterioration in the state of the waters, even temporary and of short duration, and without consequences of long term, cannot be approved out of control. The decree relating to the master plans for water development and management (Sdage) of 2018 will therefore have to be revised:
